Job summary

Right at Home Main Line is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our in-home care team, delivering compassionate service and companionship to clients in their own homes across Delaware County and parts of Chester and Montgomery Counties.

Caregivers may choose flexible 4-hour shifts or longer shifts as available, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your availability while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs independently.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Background check completed.
• Current TB test.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home caregiving and companionship to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain client safety in the home.
• Collaborate with the Right at Home Main Line team to tailor care plans for each client.
