Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have an active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to take additional state-specific training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
