Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screen per state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with meals, including preparation and feeding support.
• Provide personal care including baths, dressing, grooming, and skincare.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: cleaning, laundry, dishes.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and medical supplies.
• Be reliable, punctual and rarely absent.
