Job summary

A leading home care provider in Cibolo, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to join their team. You will provide personal care services, foster relationships with clients, and perform light housekeeping tasks. Minimum experience of 6 months in professional caregiving is required, along with the ability to work two weekly shifts with clients. Benefits include supportive training, 24/7 assistance, and competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour with additional opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming and bathing.
