Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a caregiver.
• Valid CPR Certificate required.
• Must pass a negative drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
• Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Accompany clients to appointments and grocery stores.

Skills

Experience with Alzheimer/Dementia patients

Ability to assist with personal care

Communication skills in English

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Education

High school diploma or GED
