No Place Like Home Senior Services in Clayton, NC seeks caring individuals to support three adult men with intellectual disabilities, autism, and traumatic brain injury. Roles include companionship, personal care, meal support, and daily living assistance in a home setting.

Candidates with caregiving experience and CNA certification are encouraged to apply; bilingual applicants are welcome. Training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or traumatic brain injury is strongly preferred, but all relevant caregiving experience will be considered.
• Bilingual caregivers are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable assisting male clients with personal care while protecting their privacy and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Connect through hobbies, interests, and everyday activities
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with eating
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other daily activities
• Help with mobility and transfers according to your training
• Provide simple cues, reassurance, and encouragement
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily household tasks
• Support independent living while respecting each client’s choices
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office team
