Mosaicms is seeking a Caring Caregiver for our Oregon senior living community. You will build meaningful connections, provide compassionate support, and help residents live each day with dignity and joy.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and monitoring residents. You will document care and support engagement activities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is valued.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents’ comfort and address needs and concerns promptly.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output, and document observations.
• Document care and resident interactions per Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
