Job summary

The Glen at Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with activities of daily living, dining support, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence.

You will interact with residents and families, maintain a safe environment, follow policies including HIPAA, and participate in trainings. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene.
• Interacts with residents at all levels of care with empathy and respect.
• Observes and reports to supervisor daily.
• Provides dining room assistance at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Initiates and participates in leisure activities as per the activity calendar.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
• Performs daily housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Communicates HIPAA compliance and follows policies.
