Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg is seeking compassionate caregivers and PCAs to join our team. We offer training for PCA, NA and Med Tech roles, with starting pay of $16–$18 per hour and both full-time and part-time opportunities across 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts.

Availability to work every other weekend is required. Join a family-like community focused on putting people first, with paid training, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in assisted living or memory care is preferred.
• Compassionate and team-oriented.
• Willingness to participate in caregiver training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support care plans and communicate with the care team.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Document care and collaborate with staff.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
