Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Caregiver Personal Care Aide to support clients at home. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to enhance quality of life.

Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with daily pay options and opportunities for paid training, growth, and benefits. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and reliable transportation is required to reach client homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
