Job summary

Caring for Others is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in the Portland area. You will build trusted relationships, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence for clients in their own homes.

Positions include a range of shifts (Day, Evening, NOC, Overnight, and Weekend) with paid training, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed.
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work Day, Evening, NOC/Overnight, and Weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Support Clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia as needed.
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks as directed by supervisors.
