Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong compassion and patience in daily interactions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.
• Comfort with a pet-friendly environment.
• Proficiency in spoken English for safe, effective performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and activities.
• Provide companionship and support to enhance well-being.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding in interactions.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities.
• Use Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders as needed.
