Job summary

Vi is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Scottsdale, AZ. This on-site role supports licensed resident care staff by performing a variety of technical tasks and personal care duties. It is a safety-sensitive position with on-call pay at $22/hr.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, basic dining services, and maintaining a safe environment. CPR and First Aid are required, along with current state certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with geriatric residents preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical care within certification and training limits.
• Assists with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Maintains safe environment and reports deviations.
• Records vital signs and health data.
• Documents care per policy and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Participates in orientation, meetings, and quality improvement.
