Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Administer medications as directed and report changes to the wellness director.
• Maintain clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and resident choice.
