Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP documents, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and meaningful social interaction, with paid training and growth opportunities. A supportive team and flexible scheduling help you contribute to residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
