Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services seeks compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide hands-on care in clients' homes and community settings, ensuring safety and well-being.

You will assist with daily living activities, coordinate with families, and follow safety protocols while working a part-time schedule of 10 hours weekly. A driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience is preferred.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
