Bluewater Home Care LLC in California is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide hands-on personal care and support for seniors, including those living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while maintaining a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiving experience required.
• Experience with dementia or memory care preferred.
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Able to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide standby assistance with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide diaper changing and incontinence care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with dementia-related behaviors and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
