Horizon Recuperative Care - San Gabriel Valley in El Monte, CA seeks a compassionate Caregiver/Health Aide to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals; monitoring residents; and maintaining a clean, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus.
• Must be able to work in El Monte, CA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and assist with medication management under supervision of licensed staff.
• Monitor health and well-being, report changes to appropriate personnel.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
