Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. PSL is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living in a California senior living community. You will assist with personal care, mobility, dining and social engagement while upholding HIPAA and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Completion of state approved Caregiver program, as required by state regulation.
• Must meet age requirements according to community policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct.
• Provide residents with assistance for personal needs according to the care plan.
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining.
• Promote independence and dignity through compassionate interactions.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and ensure privacy.
• Maintain infection control procedures and report health changes.

Education

CPR/First Aid Certifications
