Job summary

ALLCARE HOMECARE LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care for an adult male with cerebral palsy. The ideal candidate will be dependable, respectful, and focused on maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities include feeding, bathing, toileting, safe transfers, dressing, and monitoring wellbeing. Prior experience as a caregiver or home health aide is preferred, and transfer techniques must be performed safely while

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver/home health aide experience preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with cerebral palsy or physical disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to safely perform transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding and meal support.
• Provide bathing and personal hygiene assistance.
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed.
• Perform safe transfers using proper transfer techniques and equipment (transfer experience required).
• Assist with dressing and grooming.
• Monitor the client's comfort and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate professionally with the client and family members.
