Cambrian Homecare is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes in California. The role involves assisting children or adults with developmental disabilities with daily activities, safety supervision, and personal care as needed.

We offer flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a supportive team available around the clock. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with 6+ months of relevant experience and the ability to pass background checks.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)

Mansioni

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
