Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family program, seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll provide personal care, encourage independence, and help participants engage in community activities.

A valid driver’s license is required; experience in human services is preferred, with full benefits for full-time roles. Pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities for growth, training, and a Stable, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and community engagement.
• Build real relationships and provide patient, compassionate care.
• Follow supervisors' guidance to ensure safety and well-being of participants.
