Compass Llc is seeking a DSP/Caregiver to support clients with daily living activities in the community. You will assist with shopping, meals, medication, and transportation while upholding quality care and safety standards.

The role offers comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment. Compensation reflects premium hours and standard shifts, with 24/7 support from management.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license valid for at least 3 years.
• Own working vehicle and valid auto insurance.
• Able to pass background check and drug test; CPR/First Aid certification completed or paid.

Mansioni

• Assist with shopping, meal planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Provide medication administration assistance as needed.
• Support client participation in community events and errands.
• Assist with transportation to school, work, appointments and outings.
• Maintain personal hygiene and ensure client safety and comfort.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Drivers License for at least 3 years
• Working vehicle, valid driver's license, & valid auto insurance
• Pass criminal background check and drug test (WE PAY!)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR and First Aid certification must be completed before hire (WE'LL PAY!)

JOB DETAILS:

A few job expectations, depending on the client’s needs: assistance with shopping, meal planning, cooking, cleaning, medication administration assistance, community event attendance, assistance with going to school or work, transportation, appointments, and personal hygiene.

The pay ranges reflect wages for premium hours worked (8am-12am). Standard hours (12am-8am) are paid at standard rate.
