Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mobility-impaired individuals and transfer/repositioning tasks.
• Ability to perform incontinence care and maintain personal hygiene.
• Calm, patient, respectful demeanor and ability to maintain a clean, safe home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting tasks.
• Provide mobility support including transferring and repositioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; monitor changes in condition.
