Qualifications

• PCA Certification required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Clean Background Check required.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ locations.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADL care including bathing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Provide supportive companionship and memory support as needed.
• Ensure clients receive proper medications on time.
• Communicate with medical professionals and staff about client health needs.
• Prepare meals meeting dietary requirements.
• Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Encourage activities inside and outside the home to enrich quality of life.
• Work independently in home or facility settings.
