No prior experience is required as we provide training; a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a plus for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Reliability is essential; clients depend on you.
• Positive attitude and good communication help every visit.
• Physically capable of assisting with mobility and daily tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check.
• First aid certification or dementia-care experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, one-on-one care in the client’s home.
• Assist with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor schedules.
• Engage clients with chat, activities, and companionship.
• Support housekeeping and meal preparation to keep home safe and cozy.
• Follow care plans and update the team on progress or concerns.
• Respect client privacy and maintain dignity at all times.
