Job summary

AccuCare is currently hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home support. You will engage clients with meaningful activities, assist with daily personal care, and coordinate under a Nurse Care Manager's supervision.

All shifts may be available, including days, overnights, and weekends. Early applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of healthcare experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and TB tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of documented healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB/chest x-ray clearance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification within 30 days (free in-house training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with grooming, oral care, bathing, and dressing.
• Support toileting, feeding, and range of motion activities.
• Work under the guidance of a Nurse Care Manager.
• Other duties as assigned by an AccuCare Nurse Care Manager.
