TheKey is actively seeking caregivers to support clients in Mount Prospect, IL, offering top pay and a path to a meaningful career in home care. Join our Employer of Choice and earn $19-$20 per hour with flexible day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, transportation and light housekeeping in clients’ homes, with full training, 24/7 support, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive local management team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
