Right at Home Kingwood is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in the Houston, TX area to support seniors and adults with disabilities. You will provide essential daily living assistance, companionship, and basic care under supervision, while maintaining dignity and respect for clients.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of PCA experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities).
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Reliable transportation to/from clients wherever they call home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, mouth/skin/hair care).
• Assist with ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and perform related kitchen tasks.
• Provide compassionate, professional companionship and support to clients and their families.
