Job summary

A&B Homecare Solutions is seeking Caregivers in Branford, CT for in-home care with a starting pay rate of $16.94/hr. Earn extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available, with benefits and paid orientation.

Responsibilities include bringing comfort, assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, welcoming home environment. English proficiency required; bilingual preferred. Transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Availability in Branford and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work day shift, weekdays and weekends preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proficient in English, Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
