Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Branford and Guilford. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with opportunities to earn extra through the Caregiver Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Support with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.
