SYNERGY HomeCare Sahuarita is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide non-medical in-home support that enhances independence and well-being. You will join an established network delivering person-centered care in clients’ homes, adapting to diverse needs and routines.

You will assist with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders while maintaining reliable, compassionate communication with families and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Driver's License Required
