Job summary

Visiting Angels Home Care of Raleigh is actively hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs to join a leading home care team serving Wake County for 23+ years. Starting hourly pay ranges from $12.00 to $15.00, with paid training and flexible schedules across day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience serving the senior population– either professional or caring for a family member!
• Two to three verifiable references
• Valid Driver’s License / proof of current vehicle insurance
• Reliable Transportation & ability to transport clients
• Working smartphone
• Current TB
• Willing to travel at least 30 miles
• Ability to problem solve
• Positive Attitude, Great Communication Skills
• Takes initiative
• Caregivers MUST pass a Drug Test and Background Check

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as providing non-medical assistance and needed companionship to seniors at home
• Conduct household errands and provide transportation to doctor's appointments
• Personal care and hygiene assistance; including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with grocery shopping, provide light housekeeping, and prepare nutritional meals
• Assist with ambulation or transfers and offer medication reminders
