Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of professional experience working as a caregiver.
• Must be or willing to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Must clear a criminal background check by the DOJ/FBI.
• Must have a current Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.
• Must obtain a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist clients with all ADL’s in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Meal preparation and assist with feeding if needed.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ condition.
