Job summary

TLC Care Services LLP in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team immediately. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and driving clients to appointments.

You will work various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening), maintain a clean living environment, participate in activities, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals. CPR/First Aid preferred; eligibility to work in Alaska required.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience, preferably live-in.
• Passion for providing care and support to others.
• Excellent attendance and reliability in fulfilling duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Has a vehicle, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Available to do shift (morning, afternoon, evening).
• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual(s) under your care.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Drive clients to their appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with the individual(s).
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals as needed.
