Job summary

First Priority is seeking CNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to provide non-medical home care to clients in their own homes in the Summerville, SC area. We are a client-driven company dedicated to lifting up communities, helping aging adults live life to the fullest, and empowering our staff in purpose-driven work.

These caregiving positions can be full- or part-time with shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Location: 29483.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and other required screenings
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with memory care practices and behavioral support strategies
• Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, linens) and maintain client spaces
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
