Job summary
Amada Senior Care SAN ANTONIO is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for seniors in Devine, TX and San Antonio, TX. Positions offer 4-6 hour shifts, flexible full-time/part-time weekends, and weekly pay with on-demand options.
Applicants should have 1 year of senior care experience or CNA/Nursing program enrollment, a valid TX license, and the ability to pass background checks. Training is provided, and benefits include health coverage and 401k.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid Texas Driver's License with auto insurance
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience with seniors, or CNA course/Nursing program
- Ability to Pass national background check and be drug free
- CNA training is a plus
- Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke, Hospice, Transferring, Bathing and Dressing preferred
- Simple cooking skills and balanced diet awareness for seniors
- Flexibility in work schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Support independence and safety in the home
- Maintain compassionate, respectful relationships with clients and families
- Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors
