Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers in California is hiring for day, mid, and overnight shifts in Claremont to start immediately. We are seeking compassionate caregivers for a male client who is diabetic, ambulatory, and neat, with care needs including daily living activities and meal planning.

Offered benefits include competitive pay ($18.00-$22.00/hour) based on experience, flexible hours, 24/7 support, daily pay through Tapcheck, referral bonuses, paid training, growth opportunities, paid travel time

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility or home care.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Ambulation and transferring assistance; driving to appointments and shopping.
• Bathing and dressing assistance.
