Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and mobility needs.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support.
• Help residents move safely in and out of bed, chairs or wheelchairs.
• Escort or transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Observe, monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs.
• Document care provided and follow established protocols.
• Attend ongoing educational in-services.
