Job summary

Right at Home – Northern Colorado is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personal care and companionship to clients in the Larimer and Weld Counties. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and peace of mind for families.

Flexible shifts include day, evening, weekend and overnight hours. Training is provided, with ongoing supervision and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or CNA experience preferred, but not required training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for client visits).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support during scheduled hours.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
• Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Toileting or incontinence care
• Mobility support and repositioning for comfort
• Monitor client’s condition and promptly report changes to supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, meal prep if needed).
• Ensure a safe environment, including fall prevention and emergency response.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
