Job summary

J & L Innovations, LLC is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide supportive, non-medical home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and companionship, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

You will perform personal care tasks, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while reporting concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or PCA.
• Heart for helping seniors and vulnerable individuals.
• Dependable and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support mobility and transfers; prevent falls.
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands.
• Provide companionship and monitor wellbeing.
• Document care activities and report concerns to supervisors.
