Qualifications include a CNA certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and being at least 18 years old. Previous experience with seniors is preferred, with strong communication and customer service skills valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
