Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Berwick and nearby areas. You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, meals, and medications while promoting safety and comfort in their homes.

We offer competitive pay up to $13.50/hour, paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible shifts, and a caregiver rewards program. Travel up to 25 miles is expected; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Columbia County
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client location's

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
