Qualifications

• Experience in home care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
• Willingness to complete all employment requirements.
• Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation.
• Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices.
