Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Garner, NC is hiring compassionate caregivers for day and overnight shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours across Garner and Clayton. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and Griswold team

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing transportation or assistance with errands
• Monitoring clients throughout day or overnight shifts
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent
• Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team
