All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home assistance in Hermiston, Oregon. You will help with daily activities, meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation, delivering compassionate, individualized care in clients’ homes.

No prior experience is required; we provide orientation and training. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
