Job summary

Woodland Hills Assisted Living in Weirton, WV is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands‑on support with activities of daily living for our residents. This role promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life in a warm, family‑owned setting.

We offer flexible schedules (days, evenings, nights, weekends) with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Compensation ranges from $13.50 per hour base with $15–$17+ per hour including bonuses, plus incentive programs and a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
• CPR/First Aid preferred (training available)
• Must be dependable and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Monitor and report changes in condition to nurse or supervisor
• Document care and observations accurately
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
