Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate caregivers in Ambler to provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes. Roles available include full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts, including days and weekends.

You will help with daily activities, medication reminders, meal prep, and ensuring safety and independence for clients. Candidates should have CNA/HHA credentials or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a TB test.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregivers with 2+ years' experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred.
• Current TB test required (2-step PPD, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON).
• Compassionate, patient, reliable and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet company requirements and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Mobility assistance and daily routines.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Encourage independence and support overall well-being.
