Job summary

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Sequim, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers for full- or part-time roles. You will assist with morning routines, in-home care tasks, and provide companionship, while earning $23.54-$27.28 per hour with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set timeframe.
• Satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines, bed care, personal hygiene, and positioning.
• Provide daily living support and compassionate companionship.
• Prepare nutritious meals and help with simple household tasks as needed.
• Support clients using respectful, client-centered care throughout shifts.
