Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare seeks compassionate caregivers to join our team serving veterans with quality non-medical homecare. Flexible scheduling, top pay with weekly direct deposit, and health benefits are among our offerings.

We provide online training certificates, fast onboarding, and responsive support staff. Shifts vary Sunday–Saturday with both part-time and full-time options, and duties include companionship, housekeeping, and assistance with daily activities according to the

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Background check required (and then every 2 years).
State-required SOR and Abuse Registry checks (then annually).
State-required Personal Reference Check.
State-required 5-year employment history checks.
1 year caregiver experience.
Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable daily transportation.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Perform housekeeping tasks.
Assist clients with transfers and ambulation using cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift.
Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance when possible.
Assist with toileting, including bedpan or toilet.
Report unusual events to the administrator.
Respond quickly in emergencies.
Complete other duties per the Client Service Plan.
